We currently ship our cookies only in Malaysia.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, typically taking 2–7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. p/s we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ainan8657@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Please record a video while unboxing the package before contacting us.
Inclued the photos and videos of the issue and your order number when reaching out because this helps us resolve your concern quickly.
